Gin Thoh Pickled Ginger Salad လဖကသပ
One of the typical Burmese salads in Myanmar and we consume breakfast to midnight snack, sounds simple but, it more than salad. Pickled ginger tossed with crunchy mixed beans, roasted bean powder, veggies and corn oil.
Tohu Thoh Burmese Chickpea Tofu Salad တဟသပ
We traditionally eat tofu made with chickpea instead of soy, especially for salad. It is freshly made in Yoma Kitchen. The texture of silky creamy tofu well balanced in house made tangy tamarind and garlic sauce, slightly heated with our smoked chili flakes.
